Pre -and postoperative diet
When undergoing bariatric surgery there are strict pre- and postoperative diet plans. One of the reasons is the reduction of liver volume caused by our preoperative diet: it makes surgery easier and lowers operative risks.

Exercise
It is important to exercise on a daily basis.
A healthy lifestyle is more than just a balanced and varied diet. A healthy mix of sitting, standing and exercising is at least as important. Just regularly standing up while sitting is a step in the right direction. In addition, sufficient exercise is a must. Try to be active at least 30 minutes a day. Choose endurance sports that you can do at a slow pace for a longer time; cycling, swimming, a brisk walk, walking ... Build this up systematically. In order to obtain optimal results we advise to consult a exercise coach or a physiotherapist. The exercise triangle gives an optical overview of the exercise needed to be healthy.
